Staci's mission is simple: turn every client into a client for life. She serves as a dedicated advocate, never losing sight of the trust placed in her, and works tirelessly to ensure her clients feel informed, confident, and cared for at every step. With strong communication skills and a strategic approach to negotiation, Staci consistently delivers exceptional results for both buyers and sellers.

Before launching her real estate career in January 2017 with The Key Team at The Hardie Group, Staci spent 21 years in corporate finance with Hewlett Packard and EDS. Her extensive business background gives her clients a distinct advantage—she understands market trends, analyzes data with precision, and crafts smart strategies tailored to each unique situation.

A proud Indiana native, Staci grew up in Lapel and now calls Kokomo home, where she lives with her husband, John. Their son, Brody, is a graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, proudly following in his mom's footsteps with a business degree of his own. They also share their home with their beloved dogs, Sophia and LuLu.

As they embrace their new "empty nester" chapter, Staci and John enjoy staying active, tackling home renovation projects, vacationing, and spending time on the water. Whether in business or in life, Staci brings energy, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others make confident moves.
